Battery Ball At Parkersburg. - We have received a note from several members of Carlin's Battery, now stationed at Fort Boreman, Parkersburg, requesting us to state for the information of friends in this city who may desire to visit the boys about Christmas, that they intend to give a grand ball on the evening of the 23d.
