To the Govner (sic) of West Va

Dear Sir I wosh (sic) For you to confor (sic) on me a favor that I no you grately (sic) desire to do I grately (sic) kneed (sic) about one hundred suits of Clothing Blankets & Napsacks & harvest Sacks and Every thing that will render ous (sic) comfrirtly (sic) wee (sic) want some 50 horses & one hundred sadolles (sic) & Britles (sic) & holters (sic) Please foward (sic) to charleston (sic) in return fourth with in answer to this Requsion (sic) So wee (sic) can be eqipt (sic) for I am determb (sic) govner (sic) to fight those Rebles (sic) until I fall or drive them from our West Va I want you advised I will Reporte (sic) Regular to you pleas speed fourth with to charleston (sic) order so I Remen (sic) your friend until death
